Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are non-refundable.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer support at contact@zilevo.com or RETURNS AND EXCHANGE window to initiate your return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
