How do I place an order?
1. Browse the collections, select your size/color, then click “Add to Cart”.
2. Proceed to checkout — you can pay via UPI, card, wallets, or COD (if available).
3. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel or make changes within 24 hour of placing the order.
After that, it may have entered the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking ID via email/SMS.
Use that ID on the courier’s website or the “Track Order” section on our site.
What if my size is out of stock?
You can join the “Notify Me” list — we’ll alert you when the size is back in stock.
Alternatively, contact us via support with your preferred size and product name or product link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
UPI (e.g. PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM)
Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik)
Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex)
Net banking
Cash on Delivery (COD) wherever available
All Online Payments are done through razorpay payment provider and it is 100% Secure and safe.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment mode. For COD orders, the refund may be via bank transfer/UPI.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — Free Shipping is unlocked on all orders above ₹299.
How long does delivery take?
Pan-India deliveries generally take 3–7 business days.
Remote areas may need 1–2 extra days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we offer easy returns & exchanges:
Initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Item must be unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.
You’ll get a replacement or refund once the return is verified.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after review.
